Location was good. Walkable from Sendai station. Just be aware, if you have large suitcases, you'll have to approach from across the street or you'll end up taking the overpass walk bridge. Having onsen was great feature. Cleaning staff were friendly and said goodmorning daily. Family mart on site is a bonus!

It was a short walk away from the station but it is a good location, rooms were a nice size and they were very kind to check in our luggage early. They also were very in kind arranging our luggage to be sent to the next hotel via takuhaibin. There was a great range of facilities like an onsen, restaurant and Laundry room which was very useful. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

The staff was great and very nice, the family mart at the bottom was super convenient, the bed was more comfortable than I imagined, the tv remote did have an option to change to English for a couple of the channels, sound proofing from the train was surprisingly good considering how close we were.

The room was comfortable and clean, nice pillows and all the amenities were present. The staff were friendly and ready to help with my inquiries. The location is a bit far from Sendai station, so I need to ride a two subways, however, walking is also an option. Probably around 10-15 minutes' walk from Sendai station.

great hotel and good price, good staff everything about the hotel was good and everything went smoothly, the rooms are what you expect of a business hotel but they are clean and the beds are good. if you don’t want room service then just place out the sign and they give you more then you need outside the door in a bag the hotel is very close to Sendai station and has a store connected directly to the hotel that’s open 24/7. breakfast I never tested but it seemed good from what I saw I would recommend this hotel to people wanting to travel to Sendai and i will most definitely be using this hotel again for travel to Sendai

The hotel is close to the train station. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The staff was nice and the check in/out process was easy.

friendly hotel staff. easy check-in and check-out. clean and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. love the common spa! i also had my pocket wifi shipped to this hotel and luggage forwarding from here and the staff handled everything excellently.

The bed was comfortable. I had a good rest. There is a fridge in the room, recycle bins, everything one needs in the bathroom, slippers, a yukata for the public bath, a big mirror, lights controllable from the bed.

The konbini in the hotel building is very convinient (altought small).

The location was very convenient, close to the station, the family mart on the first level was convenient to have so close by and the public bath facilities were really good too.
